What I collect
Only what you give me through a form or email: your name, contact details, and what you share about your child and family.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, run sessions, send resources you ask for, and keep simple notes so we don't start from zero each time.
Who sees it
Only me (Olivia). I never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. If a referral involves a school or GP, I'll confirm with you first.
How long I keep it
Active families: while we're working together, plus 2 years. Enquiries that don't proceed: 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email me at olivia.cornakova@beyondwords.org.uk and I'll action it within 14 days.
