The agreement between us when you book.
Scope of service
Beyond Words offers advice, 1:1 sessions, assessments and workshops. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or legal advice.
Bookings & payment
Sessions are paid in advance. Workshops require registration. Initial assessments are free.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or rebook. Inside 24 hours, the session is charged in full.
Safeguarding
If I become aware that a child is at risk of harm, I am required to follow standard UK safeguarding procedures.
Liability
I take great care in everything I do, but Beyond Words is not liable for outcomes outside reasonable professional control.
Changes
